Ingredients:
1 carton of blueberries
2 cups of Yoplait Honey vanilla Greek yogurt
Tools:
Toothpicks
Cookie sheet
Aluminium foil
The process is simple, stick a blueberry with a toothpick, dip and swirl it in the yogurt and place it on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. I used a second toothpick to help slide the berry onto the cooking sheet. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hrs and you are done!
These yogurt dipped berries were a healthy snack alternative for both Jack and me. Jack was so excited about this new snack that he insisted on a full bowl however, I would recommend only giving your toddler a few berries at a time. The yogurt tends to melt quickly so too many in a bowl might become messy.
