A very special gift...

Last Christmas, my brother in law - Jack's Godfather - decided that instead of getting him typical gifts, he was going to buy a special something from every country he visited that year. My favorite gift came from one of his trips to Paris.

This little mouse from the 'Les Jolis Pas Beaux' collection is Moulin Roty's version of the tooth fairy. Made from Liberty of London fabric it comes in a matchbox style bed and it's front pocket is embroidered with the words 'la dent de lait' - milk tooth.  When Jack is old enough, we will place his tooth in the pocket and wait for the the tooth fairy.
