Today I'm introducing a new feature on the blog and I'm super excited about it - Bradaddy: What they never told me about being a dad. Once a month, Brad will be sharing an inside look at what's it's like to be a first time father. He will be talking about all those things that no one ever told you... From finding out he was going to be a dad and holding Jack for the first time to smelly diapers and projective vomiting, there is nothing he won't walk about!

Being Jack's Dad: I don't think anyone is ever truly ready to be a father, at least not until you hold your child for the first time. The second you feel that jump from being a child yourself, to being an actual father will forever change you. I was told by many people "you will never know love like the love for your child". Well, that is very true, but what no one really explained to me is how that love actually grows larger every single day. Jacks continues to impress me all the time. I went from watching the simple miracle of him blinking his eyes as a slimy newborn to quickly figuring out how to open doors in just 13 months! Explain that?! I have a fantastic new partner in life. He is my perfect boy.
